  1. By completing the online registration form, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein for the Ideal Bathrooms Ideal Rewards 2024 Promotion (“the Promotion”).

  2. The Ideal Rewards 2024 is an online incentive program for Ideal Bathrooms business accounts (Customers). Each Customer will have the opportunity to win a selection of prizes for every £1,500 excluding VAT spent. Spend required to next play will be shown on each Customer’s personalised microsite. Sales will be updated daily and will be represented on the microsite in the amount to achieve their next game. If it is confirmed by Ideal Bathrooms that the Customer has achieved the £1500 excluding VAT target and won a prize in the Promotional Period, the customer shall receive an e-mail of congratulations, confirming which prizes they have won. E-vouchers will be e-mailed to the Customers registered e-mail address. All other prizes will be posted to the registered postal address by recorded delivery and will require a signature. All prizes will be received within 90 days of claiming. A separate prize draw for a luxury holiday will also run alongside the main incentive game. Several brands will be promoted throughout the year and during each period, individually allotted to each supplier, spending a set amount on products from within the selected brand or brand range will result in that Customer being entered into a prize draw. Spend required for inclusion in the draw will be shown on each Customer’s personalised microsite. The winner will be drawn at the end of each sponsor period by the brand sponsoring each prize. Winners will be contacted by email within 30 days of being drawn and winners will also be announced via our news section on idealrewards.co.uk. Amounts required to meet the luxury holiday draw may vary.

  3. Accounts who have registered will be legible for a chance to win various prizes for every £1,500 spent on any available products in our portfolio. Registered accounts will also be entered into a prize draw for various sponsored holidays throughout the year if spending a specified amount on the specified brand or range being promoted during a specified period. A winning account shall receive an e-mail of congratulations, confirming which prizes they have won. E-vouchers will be e-mailed to the Customer’s registered e-mail address. All other prizes will be posted to the registered postal address by recorded delivery and will require a signature. All prizes will be received within 90 days of claiming (the “Promotion”).

  4. The Promotion is valid from 1st January 2024 or from the period of registration after this date until 31st December 2024. (Qualifying Period)

  5. The promoter of this Promotion is Wolseley UK Limited [trading as Ideal Bathrooms Limited (“Wolseley UK”).

  6. To qualify for the Promotion, Customers must have and continue to hold an active account with Ideal Bathrooms. The Promotion is only open to Ideal Bathrooms independent Customers with trading accounts who are invited by Ideal Bathrooms to register for the Incentive scheme (“Customer”).  must register by completing the online registration form at https://idealrewards.co.uk/ as detailed in their personalised invite. No third party or joint registrations will be accepted.

  7. Participating Customers must be at least 18 years of age, must have an active Ideal Bathrooms business account and have registered for the Ideal Rewards 2024 program

  8. Prize attempts and prize draws are only valid in relation to the spend on a single registered Ideal Bathrooms Limited (Wolseley UK) account

  9. Subject to these terms, to qualify for a promotional reward, the Customer spend in relation to the Ideal Bathrooms portfolio of products during the period from registration until the 31st (“Qualifying Period”) must be equal to or greater than the target amount given for qualification (“Qualifying Spend”).

  10. For the purposes of the Promotion, delivery charges, installation charges, VAT, returned goods and items to be credited will not be includes in the total eligible spend which counts towards the promotional reward. Any rewards payable pursuant to this Promotion are non-transferable

  11. Wolseley UK’s decision is full and final.

  13. There is no cash alternative. All participants are reminded that they retain responsibility for any tax liability arising from participation in this Promotion.

  14. Wolseley UK reserves the right to make changes to, or withdraw, this Promotion at any time.

  16. Only one Promotion reward is available per trading

  17. The value of the promotional award will be calculated at the end of the Qualifying Period. Following analysis of the Qualifying Spend Wolseley UK will endeavour to pay the rewards earned within sixty (60) days of the end of the Qualifying Period. The Customer will receive one Promotional award should the level of Qualifying Spend qualify in accordance with these terms.

  18. Returned goods or items to be credited will not be included in this Promotion.

  20. Any information that you provide will be held under the Data Protection Act 2018 and will not be shared with any third parties.

  22. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the information provided about the Promotion is accurate at the time of printing, Wolseley UK does not guarantee that this information is complete or accurate and reserves the right to revise it at any time.

  23. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of dispatch unless otherwise agreed. The sale of goods by Wolseley UK is subject to our Standard Conditions of Business, which are available at www.wolseley-terms.co.uk.  All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated.

  24. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the information included in this document is accurate at the time of printing, we reserve the right to change specifications at any time errors and omissions excepted. 

  25. Offers included within this Promotion expire on 12th February 2025 if not claimed. Vouchers and experiences may have their own expiry dates once claimed. Please note that Ideal Bathrooms Ltd will take no responsibility and no correspondence shall be entered into if vouchers/experiences are not used within the allotted dates for expiry on the vouchers/experience.

  26. By participating in the Promotion you confirm, that you are authorised, or have permission from an authorised representative, to participate in the Promotion and that you are happy to receive postal, email or telephone communication to the addresses or numbers provided in connection with the Promotion. 

  27. The rewards cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.

  28. For the avoidance of doubt, rewards earned by a company holding an Ideal Bathrooms trading account shall be for the benefit of the company and not individual.

  29. Where there are multiple registrations from a single Customer, all users will receive access to a joint microsite. Local ASMs will contact the Customer to confirm a master user. Prizes will be sent to the agreed master users contact details.

  30. All £1500 excluding VAT targets are based on all of the Customer’s sales on all of the brands held in stock by Ideal Bathrooms. Ideal Bathrooms cannot alter this £1500 excluding VAT target if brands are discontinued throughout the period of this incentive. Any sales of new brands ranged throughout the period of the incentive will still count towards £1500 excluding VAT targets.

  31. Any registered account that has been suspended due to non-payment/legal issues will not be eligible for any rewards or prizes earnt but not received.

  32. If any products included in the Customer’s order total are returned or refunded (in part or in full) these purchases will be discounted from the Promotion. This does not affect Customer’s statutory rights. Any credits/returns will be represented on the microsite in the amount to achieve their next code

  33. Successful Customers will be advised by e-mail to confirm their reward. Ideal Bathrooms decision is final as to the rewards being allocated to the successful Customer.

  34. Microsite logins will aim to be confirmed and provided within 3 working days of registration dependent on number of applications being processed at that time.

  35. Allocation of bonus games during Promotions will be limited to 30 per month from one SKU and are given at Ideal Bathrooms’ discretion.

  36. Ideal Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize.

  37. Ideal Bathrooms shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

  38. All out of pocket expenses, spending money, meals, insurance, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Customer

  39. Ideal Bathrooms reserves the right to change the rewards within the Ideal Bathrooms Ideal Rewards 2024 Rewards Promotion and will provide a similar gift or a similar value.

  40. Rewards may be subject to tax and National Insurance. Any tax implications remain with the Customer. For further information, please contact your nearest Inland Revenue Office. Ideal Bathrooms will not be liable for any such tax and/or national insurance.

  41. Any Incentives that individuals from your company receive are received purely in the capacity of an agent, acting on behalf of your company. Any decision entitling individuals to be the recipient of incentives rests with your company and not with Ideal Bathrooms.

  42. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Ideal Bathrooms and its appointed representatives is final in all matters and no correspondence shall be entered into.

  43. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is non-transferable.

  44. Ideal Bathrooms reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Ideal Bathrooms Ideal Rewards 2024 Rewards Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.

  45. Ideal Bathrooms reserves the right to revise and change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time without prior notice or compensation.

  48. If no correspondence can be obtained from winners of a sponsored luxury holiday using contact details given in the registration process within 90 days, Ideal Bathrooms reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw an alternative winner.

All data shared with Prizeshark will be used solely for the purpose of prize delivery and will not be shared with other parties other than the logistics company delivering the prize.

  54. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm you will accept receipt of informative communication and materials from us and from Prizeshark, which includes marketing material directly regarding Ideal Rewards 2024. For these purposes, and subject to section 4, reference to you also includes any individuals who you nominate within your business to receive such communications from us and Prizeshark. You expressly agree to the receipt of such material via your phone number and/or email and postal address. You may opt out of receiving these materials at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button on any of the email messages you receive or by contacting Prizeshark or Ideal Bathrooms Ltd.

  55. Any correspondence in relation to the Ideal Rewards 2024 Program will be sent to the email address you have supplied. We and Prizeshark accept no responsibility for emails we/Prizeshark do not receive due to spam filters or subscriptions.

  56. You are required to keep your personal account details and passwords safe and secure and you should not disclose these to anyone.

  57. It is a condition of entry to the Ideal Rewards 2024 Program that all information given by you at registration is true, current, accurate and complete. It is your obligation to notify Prizeshark of any changes in the information submitted by you at registration and to ensure that your details remain accurate, correct and up to date. Unless Prizeshark or we expressly agree otherwise in writing, all communications that are sent to you will be sent to the email address or postal address that was provided by you at registration. We and Prizeshark accept no liability for any failure to comply with our obligations under the Terms where such breach is caused, directly or indirectly, in connection with your failure to supply correct information or update your information, or for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications. If you fail to provide all of the requested and required information, you may be disqualified from, and not permitted to participate in, the Ideal Rewards Program.

  58. We and/or Prizeshark may terminate your participation in the Ideal Rewards 2024 Program immediately at any time and cancel or suspend any reward points you have received if we and/or Prizeshark have reasonable grounds to suspect or believe you have:

    1. acted in a way that harms Prizeshark’ or our goodwill or reputation or that of the third parties we/Prizeshark engage directly or indirectly to manage the Points based scheme on our behalf (Third Parties);

    2. engaged in any illegal or fraudulent conduct or activities;

    3. collected or redeemed (or attempted to collect or redeem) points dishonestly or fraudulently;

    4. acted in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any of our staff or the staff of our Third Parties;

    5. knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time during your participation in the Points based scheme;

    6. breached or attempted to breach any of these Terms.

  59. You can choose to withdraw your participation in the Ideal Rewards 2024 Program at any time by contacting Prizeshark by email at [email protected] Any accumulated reward points not redeemed by the date of withdrawal shall be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any financial or other compensation for any unredeemed reward points.

  60. We/ Prizeshark may cancel, suspend or withdraw your right to participate in the Promotion at any time by notice in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes sending an email to the email address registered to your account. Your right to use any accumulated reward points will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from us or our Third Parties.

  61. We, Prizeshark and our Third Parties accept no responsibility for any tax liability arising from your participation in the Promotion.

  62. Those persons who receive the benefit of rewards from the Ideal Rewards 2024 Program may incur a tax liability dependent on their employment status. The reporting of the reward to HMRC and any tax liability and/or National Insurance contributions arising from it is your responsibility or that of the person receiving the benefit of the rewards. We, Prizeshark and our Third Parties accept no responsibility for any such tax liability or any failure by you or the individual to notify the relevant authorities within the UK or Ireland.

  63. Any reward claims arising under the Ideal Rewards 2024 program will be verified against Prizeshark’ and our records. The details on Prizeshark’ and our records are the only records which will be considered in calculating your rewards under the Ideal Rewards 2024 program.

  64. Upon redeeming your reward, you may be given an option to choose from a selection of physical prizes. After your redemption has been approved, your redemption selection cannot be changed at a later date.

  65. No monetary equivalents are offered under the Points based scheme.

  66. Any prizes won using the Ideal Rewards 2024 program must be redeemed before the Ideal Rewards 2024 program is terminated.

  67. All rewards must be redeemed through the Website.

  68. The full redemption process can take up to 28 working days.

  69. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery on the dates agreed. Mainland UK & Ireland delivery charges quoted are for the majority of UK Mainland & Ireland. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and decide on a suitable next step.

  70. Signature, on receipt of goods by courier, recipients are required to sign for the goods. Please note that when they sign, they are signing for the parcel - received in good condition. If they are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time, it should be signed for as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that they make thereafter. It is their responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Failure to do so may affect any claims that they make thereafter.

  71. Time Limitation for Notification of Claims, any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be the recipient’s responsibility to notify us within 24 hours from delivery. It is also their responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours from delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 24 hours from the expected delivery date. If goods arrive in a visibly damaged condition, the recipient must refuse the consignment and make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Once in receipt of goods and they notice damage to the products, it will be the recipient’s responsibility to inform us within 24 hours from delivery. Failure to do so may affect any claims that they make thereafter.

  72. Risk - After any goods have been delivered, all responsibility passes to the recipient. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at the recipients own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

  73. Holidays & experiences - Unless stated, we will allow participants a reasonable level of time to decide on their preferences for any holiday/experience they have redeemed, and will allow them to travel at any time within 12 months of redemption. There may be excluded dates over holiday periods such as bank holidays, Easter & Christmas, we will notify at the time any of these dates. Prizeshark Ltd reserves the right to amend any or all aspects of the holiday or experience if it becomes unavailable during the time selected.

  74. Typographical Errors - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

  75. Availability of Goods - All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will not be responsible for compensating any losses if we have to supply alternate goods/services

  76. Property and Risk - Risk in the Products shall pass to the recipient at the time of delivery. Delivery shall be deemed to occur at the time when the products arrive at the place of delivery. From the time of receipted delivery of the Products, any loss or damage to the Products shall be at the recipients own risk.

  77. Guarantee - All Products are supplied by Prizeshark with the manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. Prizeshark guarantees that the Products will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if so required by law) from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.

  78. The guarantee in this clause above is given by Prizeshark, subject to the following conditions:

  79. We and/or Prizeshark shall be under no liability in respect of any faults or defects caused by wilful damage, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of Products without our approval, improper maintenance or negligence on your part or a third party. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered.

  80. Repairs and Replacements - Where any defect in the Products is apparent upon inspection, Prizeshark must be informed within 7 days of delivery. The recipient can then, either, return the defective product to us directly or we will organise a collection from their office / home at our own cost. Upon receipt of the Products and confirmation of the defect by technical engineers, the participant will be offered the following options:
    •    subject to availability, a replacement delivered to you free of charge; or
    •    a full credit provided the product has been verified defective and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.

  81. If the Product is not deemed to be defective by our technicians, then the participant will be offered the following options: -
    •    the return of the Product to the recipient. We may charge for the return and resend delivery; or
    •    a credit of the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided that the Product is "as new" and complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.

  82. Liability – We and/or Prizeshark shall have no liability for any matters which are outside our and/or Prizeshark’s control. We and/or Prizeshark shall have no liability to you for defective Products, Products not dispatched or products damaged or lost in transit unless the event is notified to us within the appropriate time limit set out in this Contract. We shall have no liability for damage, loss, claims, costs or expenses caused or contributed to by your continued use of defective products after a defect has become apparent or suspected or should reasonably have become apparent to you.

  83. We and/or Prizeshark shall have no liability for any:
    •    consequential losses;
    •    loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill;
    •    economic and/or similar losses;
    •    special damages and indirect losses; and/or
    •    business interruption, loss of business, contracts, opportunity and/or production.

  84. If the previous clause applies, our total liability to You shall not exceed the Contract price.

  85. We and Prizeshark confirm that at all times, we will process any personal data (being data relating to a living individual) provided by you to us/Prizeshark, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).

  86. As explained above, we are the data controller of all personal data we hold about you, which we supply to Prizeshark in relation to the Promotion.  We have appointed Prizeshark to operate the distribution of prizes and any customer service related to prize distribution on our behalf, and they will need to process your data (including any personal data you supply) in order to operate the Promotion. Accordingly, they are our data processor. Prizeshark will also carry out work to ensure the information they hold about you is complete, accurate and up to date. Prizeshark or their representatives may contact you for these purposes. The terms “controller” and “processor” are both defined terms, and have specific meanings under the DPA.  In order to participate in the Promotion, you need to consent to us and Prizeshark processing your data (including personal data) in order to operate the Promotion.  By agreeing to these Terms, you will be deemed to have consented to such processing.  You can object to such processing at any time by contacting us/Prizeshark.  However, you must understand that if you do not allow Prizeshark to process your data, you will not be able to participate in the Ideal Rewards 2024 program. If you need us to clarify in any more detail how your data is processed, you can contact us at any time.

  87. In order to provide the Points based scheme to you, we and Prizeshark will collect and process the following data from you:

  88. Information about you that you give us by filling in the registration form on the Website or by corresponding with us and/or Prizeshark by phone, e-mail or otherwise.  
    There may be occasions where We ask Prizeshark to contact you to ensure the data we hold about you is correct and/or to determine any information which we need to operate the Promotion, which is missing from our records. Prizeshark will provide that information to us, and they will also keep a copy of such data for the purposes of operating the Promotion. Prizeshark may need to use authorised agents throughout the duration of the Promotion and will ensure that any data provided to their authorised agents is the minimum required to enable them to fulfil their obligations to Prizeshark in operating the Points based scheme. All authorised agents will be subject to Prizeshark Privacy Policy. If you would like information about the authorised agents Prizeshark use for these purposes, please contact Prizeshark.

  89. We and Prizeshark will use your data for the following purposes only:

  90. To enable you to participate in the Promotion;
    To manage your prize distribution.

  91. This will include:
    •    Contacting you to send you any updates about your registrations.  Such updates may be sent by us or Prizeshark.
    •    Us and/or Prizeshark contacting you to tell you about prizes and incentives which could be available to you.  You must agree to receive such updates in order to participate in the Promotion. If you do not wish to receive updates, you will not be able to participate in the Promotion. 
    •    We and/or Prizeshark may use your data to send marketing messages, information and Promotions to you. On these occasions, we may use authorised agents to enable Us and/or Prizeshark to make this direct communication. These messages may be issued in various formats, including (but not be limited to) letters, emails and/or text messages.  You may contact us/Prizeshark at any time to opt out of receiving such marketing messages and information. 

  92. To inform you of future Promotions, product information, training opportunities and other marketing messages. You can opt out of receiving this information at any time by contacting us/Prizeshark or pressing the unsubscribe button on any of our communications.

If you need us to clarify in any more detail how Your Personal Data is processed, you and the nominees can contact us at any time.

  94. In relation to any personal data that we and/or Prizeshark, on our behalf, process we and Prizeshark will:
    •    not retain any personal information you provide to us for longer than is necessary to provide the Promotion;
    •    ensure we and Prizeshark, taking into account the costs of implementation and the nature, and purpose of the data processing, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Your Personal Data.

  95. The implementation of the Point based scheme constitutes a joint purpose for which you and we jointly process nominees' personal data. For these processing operations, you and we are joint controllers under the applicable data protection regulations. 

  96. As part of this relationship, you and us agree that:
    •    You are responsible for ensuring the appropriate lawful basis for the processing exists and is documented including, when applicable, receiving and documenting individuals' consent;
    •    You are responsible for providing to any individual, whose Nominee Data is supplied to us for the purpose of operating the Promotion
    •    By agreeing to these Terms, you are confirming that you have brought to the attention of the nominee the processing of their Nominee Data for the purposes of operating the Promotion, and that you have obtained the relevant legal basis for such processing;
    •    We undertake to process Your Personal Data in accordance with this section;
    •    Each of us undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
    •    Each of us undertakes to take all appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data it processes;
    •    Each of us undertakes to cooperate with the other and to use its best efforts to ensure that the other is able to comply with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data;
    •    If you receive a request from a data subject, you undertake to inform us immediately and to provide us with all the assistance necessary to process the request. If we receive a request from a data subject, we undertake to process it in compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular within the required time limits.

  97. We, Prizeshark and our Third Parties will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for (1) any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue (2) loss or corruption of data, information or software; or (3) any indirect or consequential loss.

  98. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we and Prizeshark do not give any representation, warranties or undertakings in relation to the Points based scheme. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest 
    extent permitted by law. In particular, we and Prizeshark will not be responsible for ensuring that the Points based scheme is suitable for your purposes.

  99. If you are issued with a prize as part of the Promotion, We and Prizeshark accept no liability for lost or stolen prizes. If you have lost or had your prize stolen, please contact Prizeshark using the contact details provided above.

  100. We/Prizeshark reserve the right to substitute any prize with an incentive/prize equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of our or Prizeshark’ control.

  101. You may view your account details and accrued games by visiting the Website. We/Prizeshark may send emails detailing your available games from time to time. However, it is your responsibility to track your own performance.

  102. We and Prizeshark will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of our obligations under a contract that are caused by an event outside of our/Prizeshark’ control. An event outside of our/Prizeshark’ control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control including (without limitation) strikes, industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, terrorist attack, riot, invasion, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disaster. We/Prizeshark reserve the right to vary the Terms or cancel or suspend the Points based scheme at any time due to an event outside of our/Prizeshark’ control.

  103. We and Prizeshark may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

  104. You may not transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another business without our express prior written consent.

  105. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

  106. If we/Prizeshark fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we/Prizeshark do not enforce our rights against you, or if we/Prizeshark delay in doing so, that will not mean that we/Prizeshark have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we/Prizeshark do waive a default by you, we/Prizeshark will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we/Prizeshark will automatically waive any later default by you.

  107. The Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. All of us irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with a Contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

    Holiday Prize Terms

     

  108. All holidays are ABTA & ATOL bonded.

  109. Winners must be over the age of 18+, except for Las Vegas where you must be 21 and over to check in to a hotel.

  110. We will endeavour to book the winners their first choice of departure dates – however all trips are subject to availability.

  111. The departure airports are specified within the prize/reward, however if the winner would like to fly from an alternative airport this can be arranged and any difference in cost must be met by them.

  112. Winners must purchase their own personal insurance for their trip.

  113. Spending money is only included in prizes that feature spending money.

  114. Transfers are included where specified on the prize. No airport transfers are included within the UK.

  115. Once the holiday has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes or amendments to the holiday.

  116. Dates that are excluded from the prizes are School and Bank holidays unless otherwise specified in the actual prize.

  117. It is the winners and passengers’ sole responsibility to have the correct documentation for entry into the country or countries they will be travelling too.

  118. All travel prizes must be redeemed within a year of the winner being announced.

  119. No cash alternative is available for any of the holiday prizes.

  120. In certain countries tourists must pay local Taxes/Resorts Fee’s directly to the hotelier, this is not included in the travel prizes/rewards and must be paid by the passengers.
