Our Use of your Data

In addition to the Promoter's Privacy Policy referred to in section 28 of the campaign Terms & Conditions, the following terms will also apply to the use of Participants' data, including personal information as defined in the Privacy Policy, in connection with this Promotion. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, these terms will apply.

1. We will use the data that we already hold for you, plus any additional data that you provide while registering for and participating in the Promotion, solely for the purpose of facilitating your participation in the Promotion, details of which can be found at www.idealrewards.co.uk

2. The legal basis under which we will process your data in connection with this promotion is to fulfil our contract with you, including communicating with you about the Promotion and your performance against any targets, plus advising you of any rewards for which you may become eligible and answering your queries.

3. Any additional data that you provide in relation to the Promotion will be retained for the duration of the Promotion and for a reasonable time afterwards, in order to allow us to manage the incentive trip and to answer any queries relating to your participation

4. We will share your data with carefully chosen third party suppliers in order to facilitate your participation in the Promotion. Our agreements with these suppliers oblige them to only process your data under our direction in relation to the Promotion and to work in conformity with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulations at all times.
