IDEAL BATHROOMS PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By taking part in the Ideal Rewards - Your Way promotion ("Promotion") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the "Rules").
1. The promoter is: Ideal Bathrooms LTD, 1 Arnold Place, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 1FD
2. This Promotion is for
a. registered Independent Bathroom retailer, resident in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with promotion
b. Participants invited to join the promotion (the promotion is invitation only)
3. Following receipt of an invitation (by email or personal invitation), to qualify to participate in the Promotion, you must register by 31st January 2025 on the promotion website: www.idealrewards.co.uk/yourway and check and confirm all details (including ensuring an up-to-date mobile number and email address and consent to contact you are provided (the "Contact Details")) (the "Participants").
4.1 Participants must be aged 18 or over and must be:
(a)Owner of the Account
(b)or the Statutory Director of the Account Holder,
(c)or authorised by either the Statutory Director or the Owner of the Account Holder.
If the Account Holder is a company the participant must make the employer aware of the promotion and they must have provided consent for you to enter into the promotion on its behalf.
4.2 If the Participant fails to provide the requested and required information in clause 4.1, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from the promotion with immediate effect with no liability on the part of the Promoter.
4.4 The following Account holders may not participate within this Promotion and will not be included within the definition of Participants:
> Accounts defined as a National Account or an account with a defined trading agreement with Ideal Bathrooms
> Accounts defined as part of a Buying Group
If there is any uncertainty as to who a Participant may be, please contact the Ideal Rewards team info@idealrewards.co.uk whose decision shall be final and binding.
5. The Promotion period starts on 1st January 2025 at 00.01am and ends on 31st December 2025 at 11.59pm inclusive, subject to store or website opening hours (the "Promotional Period").
6. Orders placed via an Account shall generally be included within this Promotion, as long as they have been delivered to the premises of the Participant, delivered direct to a site as specified by the Participant or collected by the Participant within the Promotional Period (the "Orders"), although the Promoter may exclude certain high value or low margin orders by exception which will be notified to the Participant upon such an order being placed.
7. To qualify for a Reward (as defined below), Participants are required to spend at least their Target One (as defined in clause 8 below) on Orders (excluding VAT, and after discounts and returns) during the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any goods returned outside of the Promotion Period where the spend for such goods counted towards the calculation of the reward value. If Target One is not achieved during the Promotional Period, the Participant will not qualify for a Reward.
8. Targets are calculated against a participant's previous spend between 1st January 2024 to 30th November 2024 ("Target One"). Targets will only be amended in exceptional circumstances and at the Promoters absolute discretion.
9. Target One, Target Two, Target Three, Target Four, Target Five, Target Six, and the following targets where applicable, shall be referred to as "Target Spend". A Participant can view their Target Spend on the promotion website www.idealrewards.co.uk/yourway. Should a Participant not be able to see details of their Target Spend, they may contact info@idealrewards.co.uk For the avoidance of doubt, Target One shall never be less than a participants spend for the same period in the previous year.
10. Should a Participant meet the Target Spend for the Target level they have selected, they may choose to redeem their reward from their online account (www.idealrewards.co.uk/yourway) (the "Reward"). Rewards can only be redeemed after the Promotion Period End Date and after the Spend Verification Period. (See clause 13 below).
11. Once a Participant reaches the Target Spend for the Target level they have selected, during the Promotional Period, they will earn the reward for the qualifying Target Spend, for example, if a Participant reaches their Target One Spend, they will be eligible to claim their Target One Reward.
12. If a Participant requires a refund on any spend made during the Promotional Period, the Promoter will deduct the value of the refund from the Participant's spend during the Promotional Period. If this takes the Participant's spend below their Target One, the Participant will no longer qualify for a Reward.
13. Spend Verification Period. After the promotion end date, the promoter will review the participants account to verify the spend against each account and check that participants accounts are paid to terms. Rewards will only be released after the spend has been verified, the accounts are paid to terms and there has been no suspension of the account due to non-payment or legal issues.
14. Participants shall be notified by email or SMS (from their Contact Details) on or around 1st February 2026, if they have met a required Target Spend. (the "Notification"). All Rewards will be provided to the named Account Holder and the Reward shall not be transferable.
15. All Participants who receive a Notification must redeem their reward by 31st March 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any Reward.
16. Rewards shall be dispatched within thirty (30) days of the redemption date. All Rewards claimed on the www.idealrewards.co.uk/yourway website ("Website") will be advertised on the Website and, subject to availability, may be ordered after the Participant has accrued sufficient sales, and after their Notification. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute rewards of a similar quality and value if the reward featured is no longer available for any reason. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate chosen dates for holiday awards, these are also subject to availability.
17. No change to a Reward can be made by the Participant after it has been booked in accordance with the information submitted on the on-line redemption form. In the event that the Participant is unable to make use of their Reward through illness or other circumstance beyond their control, the Promoter will endeavour to assist the Participant in re-booking the Reward, where possible, but any additional costs incurred will be payable by the Participant.
18.If the Participant wishes to amend their Reward in any way, such as extending their stay or adding additional participants to an experience, the Participant must state this when claiming their Reward. The Promoter and their suppliers will endeavour to provide suitable arrangements and will require the Participant to pay any additional costs before such arrangements can be made.
19. Expenses incurred during or as a result of participation in any of the rewards which are not specifically stated to be included in the reward are not included and shall be for the Participant's own account
20. Where applicable, rewards are supplied with and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
21. The Participant acknowledges that reward redemptions may be made directly with third party merchants and/or suppliers (the "Rewards Programme Partners", each a "Rewards Programme Partner") who may offer links to their websites via the Website ("Third Party Sites").
22. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the Reward where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these Rules, these Rules shall take precedence.
23. Those participating in motoring-based Rewards must hold a current full and valid UK driving licence.
24. Travel Rewards
24.1. When redeeming holiday or tour awards, the Participant's details will be passed to the Promoters tour operator who are ATOL/ABTA license bonded and will usually make direct contact with the nominated person within 14 days.
24.2. All holiday, experience and other travel awards and tours are subject to the Agent's booking conditions and cancellation charges that will be made available at the time of booking.
24.3. On all experience and travel rewards the Participant is responsible for passport, visa, insurance, and where relevant return transport between home and airport or destination and any other incidental costs such as airport parking. The Promoter's agent may request sight of the Participant's insurance arrangements before issuing any holiday documentation.
24.4. Travel related rewards will exclude travel over all school holiday periods and bank holidays.
24.5. All travel related rewards must be booked and taken by 31st December 2026.
24.6. All Holiday, experience and other travel awards and tours are for the number of people stated on the awards website description. If the Participant wishes to include additional adults or children on any of the holiday awards, the travel company may be able to arrange this. The additional cost involved will be payable direct to the travel company and the Promoter accepts no liability for such additional arrangements.
25. The Participant cannot transfer, sell or use its Reward for any purpose except as permitted under these Terms and Conditions. If the Participant attempts to transfer Rewards in any way that is not permitted by these Terms and Conditions the Promoter reserves the right to take such action against the Participant as it considers appropriate. The Promoter further reserves its right to substitute any Reward with a reward of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
26. Recipients of Rewards may be subject to an additional tax liability for which the Promoter accepts no liability.
27. The Promotor cannot be held responsible for any errors, calculation errors on Target Spend or Growth Target Spend or omissions and reserves the right to change any details related to the Promotion. No cash alternative is available.
28. The Promoter will only process a Participant's personal information in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at www.idealbathrooms.com/privacy-policy. See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to audit all Participants and reward redemptions to
(a) disqualify any Participant in the event it believes that the Participant has contravened any of these Rules,
(b) exclude any Participants if it deems them invalid against its judging criteria and
(c) disqualify any Participants that are in dispute with the Promotor for any reason whatsoever.
30. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. All winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, photography and video recording) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images and any material resulting from such promotional activity in any medium (including without limitation on the internet) in any manner it sees fit.
32. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to all aspects of the Promotion.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter may vary the terms of, or terminate, the promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without liability owing to exceptional circumstances which are outside the Promoter's reasonable control or which would result in a substantial negative impact on the Promoter or the Promoter's business in the Promoter's reasonable discretion.
34. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical failures or otherwise, including any failure which is within the control of Promoter, its employees or agents.
35. In relation to this Promotion:
(a)Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter's or its third-party supplier's liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier's negligence or for fraud.
(b)Subject to 35a, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by a Participant howsoever arising from accepting any Reward whether due to any error, omission or other cause by the Promoter or its employees, agents or others.
(c)Subject to 35a, the Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to a Participant:
(i)which is not reasonably foreseeable to the Participant and to the Promoter when the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions (which occurs automatically when the Participant participates in this Promotion) or
(ii)is reasonably foreseeable to the Participant and to the Promoter when the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions but is only indirectly related to the Participant participating in this Promotion.
(d)Subject to 35a, the Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of this Promotion, or foreclose this Promotion and cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Participant as a result of any of these occurrences.
(e)The Participant agrees to reimburse the Promoter in respect of any damages, or any losses suffered by the Promoter resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from the Participant's participation in the Promotion in breach of these terms and conditions or from the Participant's violation of any applicable law or regulation
(f)Subject to 35a, if any details on a Participant's Account are incorrect meaning that the Promoter is unable to notify a Participant that a Reward has been made to them, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Participant, but the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any inability for whatever reason it is unable to contact the Participant.
36. This Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with these terms and conditions and the promotion.
37. To qualify for the Promotion, Customers must have and continue to hold an active account with Ideal Bathrooms. The Promotion is only open to Ideal Bathrooms independent Customers with trading accounts who are invited by Ideal Bathrooms to register for the Incentive scheme ("Customer"). must register by completing the online registration form at /yourway as detailed in their personalised invite. No third party or joint registrations will be accepted.
38. The rewards cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
39. Any registered account that has been suspended due to non-payment/legal issues will not be eligible for any rewards or prizes earnt but not received.
40. To qualify for the Promotion, Customers must be consistently paying within Ideal Bathrooms standard terms of payment. These terms are "payment of our invoices in full (in cleared funds) within 30 days of the end of the month that the invoice is raised in." Overdue payments to Ideal Bathrooms will render this Promotion void.
41. The Rewards cannot be offset against any monies due to Ideal Bathrooms
42. If the Customer is subject to any insolvent event, including but not exclusive to, Liquidation, Bankruptcy, Administration, Receivership then this Promotion is rendered void.
